At Doll Beauty, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase; however, if you are not satisfied, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics or lashes that have been opened or had their seals broken.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer glam team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Pack & Post

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to us using a tracked postal service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
